Each product’s shelf life is mentioned on the jar label and product page. Most items last between 6–15 months when stored in a cool, dry place.

Ordering & Payments

Simply choose your favourite products, add them to cart and proceed to checkout. It’s quick and secure.

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order (before dispatch). Editing orders after placement is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We ship to most pin codes across India through trusted delivery partners.

Our general delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 days
  • Non-metros: 4–7 daysDelivery may vary due to festive seasons, courier delays, or weather conditions.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track it anytime.

Courier timelines can vary, but if your order is unusually delayed, just reach out to us — we’ll help.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because we deal in food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Only in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged or tampered
  • You receive the wrong product
  • There is a quality issue at the time of delivery

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • Photos/videos of the product & packaging
  • Order number
  • Batch number visible on label

Approved refunds take 5–7 business days.
COD refunds are processed via bank/UPI details shared by you.
